枝豆蛋意粉沙律│Edamame egg fusilli salad Box

Ingredients (1 person serving): 材料 (一人份):

Edamame 70g 枝豆 70克

Fusilli 60g 螺絲粉 60克

Salt ~3g 鹽 ~3克

Italian seasoning ~3g 意大利香草 ~3克

2 Boiled eggs ~97g 雞蛋2隻 ~97克

步驟:

第一步: 枝豆和蛋烚7分鐘;螺絲粉烚7分鐘

第二步: 去除豆莢及蛋殼

第三步: 混合所有材料並以鹽及香草調味

第四步: 把餐盒放進雪櫃

第五步: 待3-4小時,午飯時間,享受餐點吧!

Steps:

Step1: Boil Edamame with eggs & boil Fusilli separately at the same time for 7mins

Step2: Take the beans out of the pod & remove eggshells

Step3: Mix all of the ingredients

Step4: Put it into the refrigerator (fridge) at the pantry of your office

Step5: After 3-4hrs, ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!
