純素薄餅│Vegan Pizza




Ingredients (3 person serving): 材料 (三人份):

Pizza Dough: 麵糰:

Bread Flour 250g 高筋麵粉 250克

Salt 5g 鹽 5克

Sugar 6g 糖 6克

Instant Yeast 4.5g 即溶酵母 4.5克

Warm water 160ml 溫水 160亳升

Oil 3.5g 油 3.5克

Toppings: 配料:

Green Bell Pepper 120g 青椒 120克

Sweet Yellow Bell Pepper 180g 黃椒 180克

Tomato 210g 蕃茄 210克

Salt 3g 鹽 3克

Italian seasoning ~8g 意大利香草 ~8克

步驟:

第一步: 將酵母及糖加入160亳升溫水待5分鐘

第二步: 將高筋麵粉, 鹽及2.5克油加入混合物攪拌並揉麵5分鐘

第三步: 蓋上保鮮膜,靜置1.5小時

第四步: 把1克油均勻刷於烤盤並將麵糰鋪平

第五步: 把切好的蕃茄及彩椒鋪於麵糰上以200度焗20分鐘

Steps:

Step1: Add yeast and sugar to 160 ml of warm water and wait for 5 minutes

Step2: Add bread flour, salt and 2.5 grams of oil to the mixture, stir and knead for 5 minutes

Step3: Cover with plastic wrap and let it proof in a warm place for 1.5 hours

Step4: Spread 1 gram of oil evenly on the baking tray and place the dough evenly on it

Step5: Spread the sliced seasoned tomatoes and bell peppers on the dough and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes
