韭菜豆腐餃子│Chives-Tofu Dumplings




Ingredients (1 person serving): 材料 (一人份):

Chives 55g 韭菜 55克

Tofu 65g 豆腐 65克

Salt ~3g 鹽 ~3克

Dumpling wrappers(5pcs) ~50g 餃子皮(5張) ~50克

步驟:

第一步: 韭菜切粒

第二步: 將韭菜及豆腐攪拌,並以鹽調味

第三步: 把餡料置於餃子皮中央並於餃子皮外圍沾水黏合

第四步: 中火蓋上蓋子每面煎約4分鐘

第五步: 上碟,完成!!

Steps:

Step1: Diced chives

Step2: Mix chives and tofu and seasoned it with salt

Step3: Scoop up some filling with a spoon and put it in the middle of the dumpling wraps

Step4: Wrap it up and pan-fried it for about 4mins each side

Step5: ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!
